A decade ago Senco, the leading experts in fastening technology for over 70 years, invented cordless pneumatic technology with their ground-breaking Fusion range of 2nd Fix nail guns. Now they’re adding 1st Fix to the range in the form of the F-35XP Fusion Framing Nailer, marking a fantastic step forward in cordless fastening.
Built for hard work, the F-35XP Fusion Cordless Nailer combines pneumatic performance with 18v cordless convenience. Robust yet compact, and with a host of clever features, the Fusion F-35XP is built for maximum impact where it matters most – on site.
Fusion technology puts performance first
Utilising Senco’s Fusion technology, the F-35XP Fusion Cordless Nailer is powered by an efficient brushless motor and a self-contained compressed air cylinder (doing away with hoses, compressors or fuel cells) and delivers the ultimate in cordless convenience. 34° clipped-head framing nails, from 50-90mm, are pneumatically driven into a range of timbers, making it the perfect option for not just framing, but a host of other applications including panelised construction, roof trusses, decking, fencing, and pallet assembly.
Supplied with two 3.0Ah Li Ion batteries, each capable of driving 600 nails per charge, downtime is avoided as the second battery is always available, whilst the first recharges due to the Quick Charge Battery Charger, which delivers an impressive 80% charge in 30 minutes and 100% charge in 60 minutes.
Designed for ease, built to last
Manufactured with a rugged aluminium magazine for added durability, the F-35XP’s Selectable Actuation Switch allows users to easily change from sequential to bump fire actuation modes, depending upon the application, whilst the Thumbwheel Depth of Drive allows the quick and easy setting of drive depth without the need for additional tools.
The F-35XP’s Instant Shot design provides a pneumatic-like response with no ramp-up time between shots, whilst the Dry-Fire Lockout indicates when a reload is required. In addition, optimal toenail connections are achieved via an aggressive grab and hold action.

Maintenance made simple
Making sure maintenance and repair is as straight-forward as possible, the F-35XP includes a Refillable Air Port, enabling the air chamber to be refilled quickly and easily. Plus a convenient Pressure Bleed Valve allows pressure to be relieved whilst accessing internal components when servicing. The tool also comes with a 2 Year Warranty for peace of mind.
1st Fix & 2nd Fix covered by one range
The F-35XP is the latest additions Senco’s Fusion range, which already includes 18-gauge, 16-gauge and 15-gauge 2nd Fix Nailers. End-users can now conveniently operate on one battery platform for all the tools in the range, and to further increase convenience body-only units will be introduced in the near future.
And Senco aren’t done yet! Further additions to the Fusion range are in development, with Senco believing that end users want to move from gas-driven tools to cleaner, simpler, and more cost efficient technology, and Fusion certainly ticks all of those boxes.
